The 32-year-old looked destined to depart the Premier League after his agent claimed he was “90 per cent certain to leave” in May, with Inter subsequently claiming they were ready to close the deal .
However, Toure appears to have had a change of heart by insisting he will “definitely stay” and hinting he could even extend his current deal which expires in 2017, if a new contract were offered.
However, Mancini says he is keen to talk to the midfielder and has still not ruled out bringing him to San Siro.
"I spent six months explaining to him what he would find at Inter, then he spoke with his club and he fell off of our radar,” he told La Stampa.
